TALK!

Our involvement in our personal lives is so much that we hardly take time off for introspection. Introspection is a very inportant part of life that goes neglected. We need to take some time off our routine, to evaluate what we do and how we effect others around us, and also the society as a whole. Though the intention of this post is to convey an other point the above spoken part is necessarily in order to understand the next.

We as humans cannot live without social interaction. In this process we come across a wide spectrum of people, and out of them a few become very close to us.

How many of us have gone up to these people and told them wat we think of them?and wat we like and dislike about them? Many of us may argue that: such communication is not required, given the special bond you've developed over time. I do agree with this view, but in a world where we ourselves find it hard to get time for introspection, how do we expect everyone to know what we think and feel.

We all have heard eulogy speeches, which talk mostly about the deeds/character and good memories shared. Some day these close friends of ours would be giving an eulogy in our name. Wouldn't it be great if we could know what they think about us when we are still alive? or if there's something wrong to set it straight.

I recently received a forward which made a lot of sense,

Why complicate life?

#Missing somebody? call

#wanna meet somebody? invite

#wanna be understood? explain

#have a question? #ask

#Don't like it? say it

#Like it? State it

#want something? ask for it

keep life simple:)

I think that would sum up the whole point of this post.

These are the small things in our life that we miss out on.

Always remember: how we effect each other, and the society is much more important than what we achieve as individuals.

The bitterest tears shed over graves are for words left unsaid and deeds left undone. - Harriet Beecher Stowe

This reminds me of a poem by Faiz Ahmed Faiz, Bol.
